No help screen?

I am able to sign in. Trick is that when you type e first charcuterie it is highlighted so you have to move over a space then type in the rest of your login and password.

When I play a fun game, I cannot choose the tiles. Also, how do you sort the tiles? Wish there was a help screen and assistance.

I can play the school games fine, but cant sort which drives me crazy!!!
